CNC Metal Spinning Systems
Metal spinning forms a rotating blank against a tool with rollers, producing hollow shapes without a die for every variant.
The tooling is simple relative to pressing, so short runs and design changes stay affordable. Under CNC the same machine repeats a profile to tolerance across a production run.
Machines are configured with one or two slides, and with single, double, triple or multi-position roller changers depending on the part.
