HSTR 500

The HSTR 500 is a high-precision horizontal flow forming machine designed to manufacture long, rotationally symmetric hollow components with exceptional accuracy and surface quality.

The machine enables forming of high-strength materials such as stainless steels, maraging steels, and Inconel alloys. With thickness reductions of up to 90% in a single forming pass, the HSTR 500 is optimized for demanding aerospace, defense, and high-performance industrial applications.

The flow forming process improves the material's metallurgical properties by optimizing grain flow and refining the microstructure, resulting in superior mechanical performance and component reliability.
